In recognition of National Family Caregivers Month, this November we're focusing on the caregiver with our virtual series, "Caring for the Caregiver". Caregivers balance a lot and the demands of caregiving can be physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausting, often leading to burnout if not given appropriate support.

As the president of Philly SHRM, Catherine Preim's platform focuses on caregivers because she understands firsthand the challenges of balancing work and caregiving duties. Caregivers, who provide daily support to those in need, make up 73% of the workforce, according to SHRM. Supporting this growing group is crucial for attracting and retaining top talent.

This series is designed with our caregivers in mind and will also provide employers with insights to support this important population.
