Please join us on December 1, 2022 at Villanova University's main campus from 5:30 – 7:30 pm for our next Emerging Leader Career Development Session. The topic for this event will be leadership styles, and the discussion will include how to identify and develop leadership abilities and determine when each are most effective. 

Meet our Speaker:

Miriam Bowerman, M.Ed., SHRM-CP, PHR

Miriam Bowerman manages Talent Development for Professional Business and Legal Staff at Morgan Lewis Bockius LLP.  In her 20 years of experience as a human resources professional, she focused on learning and development, launching three internal learning organizations in diverse professional services organizations.  Miriam received her Master of Education in Adult Organization Development from Temple University, is a SHRM Certified Professional, and an HRCI Professional of Human Resources.  Continuing her lifelong journey of learning, she's in the process of earning the credentials to apply for a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
